The Flow Cytometry Core Facility in the department of Molecular Biology at PrincetonUniversity provides support for faculty and students at Princeton University as well as for investigators outside the university at other academic institutes or private companies. In addition to providing access to the flow cytometers, we provide technical support to assist in experimental design, data analysis and interpretation as well as development of novel flow cytometric based techniques.
 

FACScan FACSort	For investigators within the department of molecular biology, the FACScan is available for independent use by investigators who have completed a brief training course. We also provide service for data acquisition and analysis if required. For investigators from other departments or from outside of Princeton University, we perform data acquisition and analysis as required. The schedule for access to the FACScan is located in the facility.
FACS Vantage SE	The use of the FACS Vantage cell sorter is scheduled according to the availability of the facility manager.
Workstation	A Macintosh G4 computer is available in the facility for data analysis.
